James Massey
Managing Director

Assurity Australia Managing Director James Massey is responsible for business development, account management and team leadership.

James focuses on our business relationships and ensuring our clients have the best possible outcomes. James has in depth experience providing IT solutions to corporate and government organisations across a variety of industry sectors. Prior to Assurity Australia, James was the Queensland General Manager for Ampion (formerly Revolution IT) for 15 years.

James has a Bachelor’s in Marketing from the University of North Texas and enjoys spending his spare time with his family, sailing and anything that is water related.

Leon Edmonds
CTO

As CTO of Assurity Australia’s testing and quality assurance delivery practice, Leon is responsible for leading, defining, and delivering our service offerings nationally.

Leon is an experienced IT Delivery Consultant, having specialised in delivering technical and large-scale test programmes in the Financial Services, Energy, Utilities, Retail and Government arenas. Leon has over 22 years IT experience in the Australian market having worked within a diverse range of over 60 clients. He is passionate about delivering successful outcomes, adding value and collaborating with clients.

Leon has a Bachelor’s in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Queensland University of Technology and in his spare time, Leon is a keen motorcyclist and an accomplished musician.

Wellington

Garth Hamilton
Director & Co-Founder

Assurity Consulting Director and co-founder Garth Hamilton provides advisory and oversees the corporate governance of the business.

Passionate about quality, Garth co-founded the company with Darren with a vision of improving software delivery in New Zealand and beyond. With a proven track record in executive management, Garth is the ex-CEO of Assurity and offers more than 30 years of experience successfully starting, growing, and leading IT services and software companies.

Prior to Assurity Consulting, Garth was the Deputy CEO and Wellington General Manager at Fronde (previously Synergy International), where he led the growth and development of Fronde’s software development business.

Earlier roles include NZ Country Manager for Progress Software, and Wellington General Manager for QED Software.

Garth holds and has held a number of Board roles, including Assurity, Fronde and Ericsson-Synergy.

His education includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Operations Research from the University of Canterbury. Garth also attended and graduated from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business Executive Program.

Alfred Sinisa
People & Culture Manager

Alfred Sinisa plays a key role in shaping people and culture at Assurity Australia, supporting the attraction, engagement, and growth of talent across the organisation.

With a long-standing background in IT recruitment and talent leadership, Alfred has worked closely with candidates, consultants, and hiring leaders across enterprise and government environments. He is highly experienced in identifying technical capability, understanding career motivations, and aligning people to roles where they can succeed and add lasting value.

Alfred is known for his strong market awareness, responsiveness, and relationship-led approach. He builds trust through clear communication, honest advice, and a genuine commitment to positive outcomes for both individuals and teams. His experience spans permanent and contract recruitment across software development, testing and quality assurance, digital delivery, and infrastructure roles.

Focused on creating a supportive and inclusive workplace, Alfred brings energy, consistency, and professionalism to everything he does, contributing to a culture where people feel valued, supported, and set up to perform at their best.

Emmanuel Pantelis
National Business Development Manager

Emmanuel Pantelis supports national business development by working with organisations to improve delivery outcomes through effective quality and testing strategies.

He brings a strong background in software testing, service delivery, and project leadership, having worked across complex enterprise and government environments. This experience enables him to bridge the gap between commercial objectives and delivery realities, helping clients make informed decisions around risk, quality, and long-term value.

Emmanuel works closely with stakeholders to position testing and quality engineering as practical contributors to successful delivery, rather than late-stage controls. He understands the pressures faced by delivery teams and aligns solutions to support timelines, budgets, and overall confidence in outcomes.

With experience managing testing practices, enterprise accounts, and large-scale client engagements, Emmanuel combines technical insight with a clear commercial focus. He is known for building trusted relationships, communicating with clarity, and maintaining a collaborative, professional approach in all client interactions.
